Our client is a fast-growing international family-owned company with over 60 years of experience. The company supports industrial clients in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing their equipment and installations, both in dedicated workshops and directly on-site. As part of its European expansion, we are currently looking for a first hire in Poland to develop the business locally. Location Home office – preferably located in Southern Poland (Katowice / Kraków area) Work mode Field-based role (approx. 4 days per week visiting clients) / Fully remote – no local office Key Responsibilities Develop the company’s business in Poland from scratch (first local hire) Actively acquire new clients (strong hunter / new business focus) Build and grow a client portfolio (SMEs and large industrial companies) Sell maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for industrial electrical and electromechanical equipment Manage short, repeatable sales cycles (high-volume, service-driven approach) Conduct frequent on-site client visits in industrial environments (approx. 4 days/week) Maintain and develop long-term client relationships Collaborate closely with technical teams (workshops & engineering) Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events Candidate Profile 3–10+ years of experience in technical B2B sales within industrial environments Experience in short, volume-driven sales cycles (technical distribution, industrial services, MRO, electrotechnical products is a strong plus) Strong hunter mindset with a focus on new business acquisition Proven experience in field sales with frequent travel Ability to work autonomously in a start-from-scratch environment Existing industrial network in Southern Poland is a strong advantage Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach Comfortable selling in industrial environments (plants, workshops, production sites) Fluent in Polish + good command of English (French is a plus) What’s on Offer Key role with high autonomy and direct impact on business growth Opportunity to build a market from scratch International and entrepreneurial environment Competitive salary (negotiable) + 20% bonus + company car Stable company with strong long-term prospects For more information, please send your CV in English.
