Role Description As an Area Sales Manager at Geberit, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales within an assigned region, focusing on driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships. In this full-time remote role, you will plan and execute regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and project stakeholders. You will regularly meet with customers and partners (on-site and virtually), conduct product presentations and trainings, and provide technical and commercial support to promote Geberit solutions. You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines, using this information to forecast sales and optimize regional performance. Close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and technical support will be essential to ensure excellent customer experiences and successful project execution.
