Visit: https://emapta.com/training-calendar/) The Qualifications We Seek Junior to mid-level experience (3 to 5 years of experience) Demonstrated success in fully optimizing AR payment processes and deduction clearing Experience successfully clearing deduction backlogs from prior periods Strong capability in the efficient review and expensing of deductions, with clear identification of unapproved items requiring dispute Proven track record of consistently and proactively recovering improperly deducted dollars Experience leveraging automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve deduction management processes Your Daily Tasks Partner closely with the existing AR team to learn existing processes for AR and deduction processing, coding, dating, and expensing Take ownership of the deduction backlog to support cleanup through researching, coding, and preparing expenses for the P&L Manage the ongoing week-to-week payment and deduction process based on real-time incoming deductions Collaborate with the AI partner, MarginWiz, to maximize integration, automation, and overall deduction flow Spearhead the deduction dispute process as an individual driver to recover dollars back into the business while collaborating with other departments as needed About the Client Our client is an innovative food and beverage company focused on creating better-for-you products that support healthier lifestyles without compromising taste or convenience.
