Architecture Project Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Architecture Project Manager to support the team by managing client projects from concept to delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and proven experience coordinating creative workflows. You’ll be stepping into a key position previously held by a top performer ensuring a smooth transition, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting the team with structure, accountability, and precision. Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants Serve as the main point of contact for clients Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and regulations Review plans, drawings, and project documentation Lead meetings and provide regular project updates Participate in client meetings to present progress and updates confidently in English. Qualifications Fluent English – must be able to lead client meetings and emails. 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within design and architecture. Advanced Revit experience Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Positive, proactive, and client-facing personality — comfortable managing timelines and expectations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of design and construction processes Benefits Contractor: $1,400 usd monthly 100% remote full-time collaboration Monday to Friday : 9am-6pm PST Friendly and professional team.
