Job Description
Satellite Teams is looking for a fast, responsive, and sales-driven Appointment Setter to handle incoming
leads and turn them into booked appointments.
Your main responsibility is to respond quickly to leads, qualify them, and schedule them into appointments.
You will also follow up consistently to ensure leads are not lost.
Success in this role is measured by how many leads you convert into booked and confirmed appointments.
Job Duties
Lead Response & Booking
• Respond to incoming leads within 5 minutes
• Contact leads via chat, SMS, or phone call
• Ask basic qualifying questions
• Book qualified leads into appointments
Follow-Up
• Follow up with leads multiple times (at least 5–7 times)
• Re-engage unresponsive or cold leads
• Continue follow-up until they book or clearly decline
Appointment Management
• Schedule appointments in the calendar system
• Send clear instructions and details to clients
• Collect deposits when required
• Confirm appointments 24 hours before schedule
• Send reminders to reduce no-shows
Qualifications
Required
• Strong English communication skills (chat and calls)
• Sales mindset with confidence in handling leads
• Fast response time and sense of urgency
• Strong discipline in follow-ups
• Comfortable using chat, SMS, and phone calls
Preferred
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service (with upselling or conversions)
• Background in service-based industries (clinic, beauty, wellness, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM or booking systems
• Experience in remote or high-volume lead environments
