Key Responsibilities
Lead
pre-sales activities
, product demonstrations, and develop winning technical proposals.
Manage
project implementation
, including requirement studies, training plans, UAT, and documentation.
Deliver
post-sales support
with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive
successful project delivery

Uphold company standards for
HSE, QMS (ISO 9001)
, and customer communication best practices.
You'll Succeed In This Role If You Can
Create compelling demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction post-implementation.
Provide feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to management.
