Job Description This is a remote position. Develop, configure, and deploy complicated system updates to key banking applications in accordance with protocols. Collaborate with the vendor to apply configuration modifications to programs that do not support authoring. Ensure that system releases/updates are evaluated with the involved business lines/stakeholders, perform implementation activities, validate existing and newly released modifications, and communicate with the appropriate business lines. Provide product enhancement proposals and review suggested upgrades with business line managers to decide deployment. Assess and assess custom requests to get the most out of change requests by providing comments and alternative options for the greatest user experience. Manage contracted writing hours to ensure that they are used effectively. Demonstrate subject matter knowledge in one or more of the bank's applications as selected by IT Management. To diagnose and resolve issues, provide Tier 3 assistance to business line system administrators on bank applications and associated procedures by dealing with bank workers and third-party suppliers. Assists Tier 1 and 2 assistance in troubleshooting and resolving application issues with bank personnel and vendors. Provide managed system Tier 3 support by identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating issues with Managed IT Services, FIS Core, system suppliers, and end users. Ensures that all support requests for managed applications are correctly recorded and adhere to the support request management policies of the bank. Create and maintain knowledge base articles to help Bank Employees and FIS Managed Services with application functionality. Receive turnover supporting documentation for new products and services from System Architect team. Assist training and business lines in the development of formal procedure documentation for the deployment, use, and management of managed applications. Provide IT liaison services to business lines. Create and maintain departmental procedures associated with your responsibilities. Cross train and act of backup to fellow team members as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Specific software experience preferred: nCino and Salesforce 2-5 years: Requires two to five years of general experience working with system administration and trouble shooting.
