As an Assistant to Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing our properties.
Administrative Support:
Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars.
Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls (enquiry).
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Data entry and management.
Accounting
Operational Assistance:
Assisting with project coordination and tracking.
Supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Processing orders and invoices.
Managing office supplies and equipment.
Coordinating travel arrangements.
Client Support:
Providing customer service and responding to inquiries.
Maintaining client databases.
Assisting with client meetings and presentations.
General Office Support:
Ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Assisting with general office tasks.
Must have demonstrated experience in Australia and New Zealand property management for 9 months or more.
Experience in property management software (e.g, Property Me, Property Tree, AILO, Inspection Express, Kolmeo)
Manage commercial portfolios (leases, tenant liaison, maintenance, compliance)
Reporting and arrears management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
Experience in tools like Trello, Cirrus 8, and other checklist tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Can start ASAP.
