Clipchamp Role overview We are seeking an Angular Developer to build a modern, accessible single-page application on Angular 17+ using standalone components and a brand-new design system. You will translate UX designs into responsive, performant and accessible interfaces, wiring them to .NET APIs while following a test-first engineering culture. Key responsibilities: 1.UI development Build features with Angular 17+ standalone components against a new, shared design system. Manage state predictably using NgRx (signals) and build metadata-driven forms with Formly. Consume versioned .NET APIs and handle loading, error and empty states gracefully. 2.Quality and accessibility Author UI tests with Playwright, including axe-based accessibility checks. Ensure components meet WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design requirements. 3.Collaboration Partner with UX designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end vertical slices. Contribute to PR and nightly pipelines on Azure DevOps. Required skills and qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years building SPAs with Angular (ideally Angular 15+). Strong TypeScript, HTML5 and modern CSS skills. Experience with reactive state management (NgRx or signals). Comfortable consuming REST APIs and handling async data flows with RxJS. Familiarity with component-based UI testing. Good to have skills: Experience with Angular standalone components and signals. Exposure to Formly or other metadata-driven form engines. Experience with Playwright and accessibility (axe / WCAG) testing. Working knowledge of design systems and component libraries. Hands-on experience using AI tools in the Software Development Lifecycle; Claude and GitHub Copilot preferred. Must have skills: Solid Angular + TypeScript SPA development experience. Reactive state management and RxJS proficiency. Ability to build responsive, accessible, design-system-driven UIs. Comfortable in a Git / CI-CD-driven workflow.
