Role Overview

We are hiring part-time remote Analysts Interns under our North American division (program based in Hong Kong). This is an exciting opportunity for current university students to gain hands-on experience in high-impact research while contributing to content that is read daily by top VCs and founders.

You will conduct detailed market research, analyze macroeconomic trends and quantitative data, and help produce comprehensive reports and insights on emerging technologies and investment theses. The role involves interpreting statistical data, identifying key trends, and collaborating with the team to develop fresh ideas for our readers and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-depth research on macroeconomic trends, sector developments, and emerging technologies
• Analyze data sets, interpret statistical trends, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
• Contribute to research reports, articles, and client deliverables published on the Quorix platform
• Collaborate with senior analysts, ex-founders, and fellow interns on new research ideas
• Participate in team discussions and receive direct mentorship

Qualifications

• Current university student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and research capabilities, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in market research and familiarity with research methods, including gathering information from databases, reports, and public filings.
• Comfort with statistics and quantitative reasoning, including interpreting charts, models, and basic statistical outputs.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex topics in written memos and presentations.
• Interest in macroeconomics, venture investing, and emerging technologies; prior research or internship experience is beneficial.
