Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include: Analyze data and manage stock to meet demand while preventing overstocks, ensuring optimal inventory levels. Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation. Collaborate with Supply Chain Teams (Operation, Transport, Quality) and commercial teams to align business goals with targets (Production Plan, and service level agreements (SLAs). Develop and update optimization tools to streamline planning processes, minimize unnecessary movements, and improve operational efficiency. Prepare and present reports on stock levels, forecasts, and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate production planning and logistics to align production volumes with customer demand and safety stock levels. Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and enhance storage, stock rotation, and transportation plans, maximizing handling capacities. Use tools such as SAP to manage orders, and JDA to optimize and automate orders through PSO Module (Product and Sourcing Optimization) Develop and monitor monthly production and flow plans over a 3‑month horizon based on S&OE, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment.
