The Market Access team helps ensure medicines are reimbursed and quickly reach patients. We assist clients in creating communication strategies that highlight the clinical and economic value of innovative therapies. Our multidisciplinary work starts with evidence generation, including literature reviews, advisory boards, and economic modelling, which informs global materials used for consistent product communication across regional markets. This directly improves patient access to medicine worldwide. We also produce local reports and educational materials for payers about new therapies. Market Access roles are ideal for strategic thinkers passionate about expanding patient access and skilled in problem-solving and writing HTA . As a member of the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) team, you will contribute to projects demonstrating the clinical and economic value of innovative therapies. Your work supports therapy reimbursement in countries where HTA is essential for patient access. Collaborating with clients from the outset, you'll develop HTA strategies and produce evidence-based narratives that show cost-effectiveness. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and a passion for evidence-based medicine Real-World Evidence . Real-world evidence (RWE) is increasingly vital for demonstrating the clinical and economic value of medical products. Our RWE team designs, conducts, and reports on real-world studies (prospective, retrospective, or cross-sectional) using protocols and statistical plans developed with Statisticians, clients, and experts. They gather and analyse data from sources like patient registries, claims databases, and prospective studies to answer questions about disease burden, effectiveness, and economics.
