Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience handling Amazon FBA reimbursements, claims, or Seller Central operations
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills

Ability to manage multiple claims and client conversations at the same time
High attention to detail and accuracy
Stable internet and a quiet work setup for client calls when needed

FBA Claims Management
Open, process, and track reimbursement claims with accuracy
Review Amazon reports to validate discrepancies before filing
Ensure claims follow Amazon policy and comply with documentation requirements
Client Communication & Support
Respond to client questions quickly and professionally
Manage support tickets and provide clear updates
Keep client satisfaction high through reliable communication
Follow-Up & Tracking
Track all submitted claims and make sure reimbursements are paid
Monitor claim statuses and follow up on delays
Flag unusual patterns or blocked claims early
Issue Escalation
Identify account or technical issues and escalate internally
Work with operations or technical teams to resolve problems smoothly
