Role Description: We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of an Amazon FBA business focused on online arbitrage. This role is responsible for product sourcing, account management, inventory oversight, analytics, and operational coordination to ensure profitability and smooth business operations. The ideal candidate understands the online arbitrage model — identifying profitable products online and reselling them on Amazon — and has hands-on experience sourcing products for Amazon FBA businesses. Key Responsibilities: Source profitable products through online arbitrage opportunities Analyze product profitability, ROI, sales rank, and market trends before purchasing Make purchasing decisions on behalf of the business owner Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central account operations Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and listing performance Coordinate and maintain relationships with prep centers and operational partners Utilize Amazon seller tools including: InventoryLab, Keepa, Bqool, Sellerboard etc. Oversee reporting, analytics, and business performance tracking Ensure data accuracy across inventory, sales, and profitability reports Identify operational improvements and opportunities to increase profitability Support the overall management and growth of the Amazon FBA business Qualifications: Previous experience managing or supporting an Amazon FBA business Strong understanding of online arbitrage and Amazon product sourcing Experience using Seller Central and Amazon seller tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and profitability analysis Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to make informed purchasing and inventory decisions independently Excellent communication and time management skills Preferred Experience: Experience with online retail sourcing and deal analysis Familiarity with inventory management and repricing strategies Experience working with prep centers and FBA logistics
