AirTeams is currently seeking an Amazon Catalog Specialist on behalf of one of our valued E-Commerce partners. This role demands strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, and a detail-oriented approach to catalog management. You will play a pivotal part in analyzing performance data, resolving shortage claims and disputes, and driving strategic optimizations to ensure our client’s Amazon operations flourish. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Pull, analyze, and format reports from our BI platform to track Amazon account performance. Identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities within Amazon accounts. Provide structured reports and insights to account managers, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Track key performance metrics across Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central. Vendor Central Management & Operations Manage shortage claims, disputes, and case logs in Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring timely resolution of payment discrepancies. Monitor chargebacks, invoice disputes, and operational deductions, working to recover lost revenue for clients. Submit and oversee new item setup (NIS) sheets and product listings, ensuring accurate catalog setup and compliance. Proactively resolve catalog-related issues such as inventory discrepancies, suppressed listings, and pricing challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain catalog health, optimize backend attributes, and manage product variations. Amazon Seller Support & Catalog Troubleshooting Open and track cases on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to address listing errors, compliance issues, and inventory concerns. Ensure catalog integrity through correct content, categorization, and keyword optimizations. Troubleshoot FBA inbound shipment issues, stranded inventory, and suppressed ASINs to maintain optimal account health. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Amazon analytics and catalog management, with a focus on Vendor Central . Proven track record in shortage claims, disputes, and case log management . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data visualization). Comprehensive understanding of Amazon’s operational processes, catalog setup, and compliance requirements . Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights for account managers. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central operations, including catalog troubleshooting and listing management. Meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and consistency in structured reporting. Self-driven and proactive , comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong internal communication. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Amazon advertising metrics (PPC) and how ads impact catalog performance. Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools for data extraction and reporting. Knowledge of inventory forecasting and supply chain management within Amazon Vendor Central. Understanding of Amazon compliance , pricing strategies, and listing optimization best practices.
