We're looking for someone who wants to own the profitability of an entire Amazon business (PPC, listings, launches, pricing, the whole thing) and who gets excited when they see a 14 day search term report with $400 of wasted spend, because they know exactly what to do with it.
We're a profitable, growing consumer products brand on Amazon in the kitchen and family category. Our products are real tools, not toys or gimmicks, and they sit in over one million homes. We're a category leader in our niche.
We're small, fast, and lean. No bloated agency layers. No politics. You'll talk to the CEO directly, every week.
Every SKU in our catalog is as profitable as it can possibly be on Amazon, and that's on you.
PPC is the core of this role. Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Creator Connections. You pull the search term reports, you make the calls, you scale winners and cut losers. Every SKU has a target ACOS tied to its role in the business (evergreen, seasonal hero, year round with Q4 spike, liquidating) and you know the difference and you manage accordingly.
Listings and conversion. CTR, conversion rate, keyword indexing, A+ content, main images. You flag what's underperforming, you brief the designer on exactly what you need, you split test monthly.
New product launches. Listing, campaign, Vine, main image brief, all live at go live, nothing missing. You own the launch checklist and nothing slips.
Daily account health. Suppressed listings, hijackers, prime badge, indexing, policy flags. You find it before we do.
