Location: General Information Company: Versuni France – PHILIPS brand, small domestic appliances Location: Courbevoie (92), France – hybrid work possible Duration: 12 to 24 months Start Date: August/September 26 Department: Marketing & Communication – reporting to category marketing managers About the role: You will play a key role in driving both strategic direction and day-to-day execution across marketing, trade, and cross-functional initiatives. By combining market insights with hands-on coordination, you’ll help shape impactful campaigns and ensure excellence in execution. The impact you’ll make: Drive strategic insights and planning: • Analyze market trends and category performance using GfK data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making • Monitor competitors and benchmark across markets, translating insights into actionable recommendations • Support the preparation of key innovation moments, including bi-annual Go To Market retailers presentation Innodays • Collaborate with creative agencies by developing clear, effective briefs. Support impactful marketing and trade strategies: • Contribute to the development of holistic marketing plans, including key activations such as PR events and seasonal campaigns. • Help shape and execute trade plans, including POS materials, partnerships, and promotional activities. • Act as a key liaison with sales team, ensuring alignment and smooth communication. Ensure operational excellence: • Support the successful launch of innovations and ongoing product updates across channels. • Manage essential business tools and materials, including product sheets, client packs, localized assets, promo tracking • Help to manage and track A&P budgets through regular updates and reporting. • Coordinate logistics and sample orders to ensure smooth operations. Enhance in-market execution: • Translate key product messages in line with brand guidelines to ensure consistency and impact. • Monitor promotional performance and in-store activations, providing insights to optimize effectiveness. The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: • Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in business, communication, marketing, or equivalent. • Previous internship in marketing or category management is a plus. • Strong ability to work autonomously with an initiative-taking mindset. • Comfortable asking questions, challenging when needed, and seeking clarity. • Willingness to share constructive feedback in a thoughtful and collaborative way. • Attentive, with strong listening skills and a prominent level of awareness of team and business needs • Excellent writing skills in French (mother tongue preferred); fluent English required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
