Airborne Aviation is seeking a highly detail-oriented Aircraft Records Specialist For Norrow Body Aircraft with strong Airframe and/or Powerplant experience on commercial narrow-body aircraft. This remote contract role is critical in managing, reviewing, and validating complete technical records packages for aircraft acquisitions, redeliveries, and lease transitions. What You’ll Be Doing: Thoroughly review, organize, and validate maintenance & technical records for Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 family aircraft Support aircraft acquisitions, redeliveries, and lease returns through detailed records analysis Identify gaps, discrepancies, and missing documentation — then drive corrective actions Ensure full compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory standards Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and leasing teams. What You Need: 5+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft technical records or maintenance documentation Strong working knowledge of Boeing 737 and/or Airbus A320 family aircraft Experience with engine platforms: CFM56 (-5B/-7B), V2500, LEAP-1A/1B (highly preferred) Engineering degree (Aeronautical/Mechanical) or equivalent practical experience A&P License (FAA) or equivalent is a strong plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in aircraft transitions, lease returns, or acquisitions Background in audits, airworthiness reviews, or regulatory compliance Why Airborne Aviation?
