Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin Chinese AI Trainer to support the delivery of an upcoming corporate AI training project. This is a remote, project-based contract position focused on facilitating AI training sessions for Mandarin-speaking professionals.

The initial engagement is for a single client project; however, successful trainers may be considered for future engagements with additional clients and projects as Trainify continues to expand its global AI training initiatives.

The expected hours, training schedule, and project timeline will be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual AI training sessions in Mandarin Chinese
• Facilitate hands-on exercises and practical AI activities
• Explain AI concepts, tools, and workplace applications in a clear and accessible manner
• Support participants throughout the learning process and answer learner questions
• Adapt and localize existing training materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences when required
• Provide feedback on training content and learner engagement
• Collaborate with the Trainify team to ensure high-quality training delivery

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and AI implementation methodologies
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
• Knowledge of industry-specific applications of AI, such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and supply chain management
• Experience in creating virtual or in-person workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on AI training sessions
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
• Familiarity with AI ethics and compliance, including ISO/IEC 42001 standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or related fields
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines
• Prior training experience in industry or academic settings is a plus
