Overview: We’re looking for an AI Systems Analyst to help modernize and optimize the HR technology stack. This role bridges the gap between talent strategy, technology, and AI—analyzing existing systems, identifying integration opportunities, and helping clients deploy AI tools that enhance recruiting, engagement, and workforce analytics. Key Responsibilities: Audit and map HR technology ecosystems (ATS, CRM, HCM, analytics, and engagement tools). Evaluate AI solutions across talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and automation categories. Design integration blueprints to connect AI systems into existing HR tech stacks. Partner with data, vendor, and IT teams to ensure compliance, interoperability, and performance. Analyze workflow data to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and improved decision-making. Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale implementations of AI solutions. Stay current on HR tech vendors, AI tools, and emerging trends to guide clients’ investments. Qualifications: 3–6 years’ experience in HR tech systems analysis, talent technology consulting, or related roles. Strong understanding of ATS, CRM, and HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever). Familiarity with AI/ML applications in HR (e.g., candidate matching, conversational AI, talent intelligence). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills. Ability to translate complex tech ecosystems into clear business recommendations.
