AI Social Media Specialist Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are hiring an AI Social Media Specialist to focus on content creation, experimentation, and optimization using AI -driven tools. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who enjoys testing formats, refining prompts, and improving performance through continuous iteration. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality social content using AI tools, templates, and prompts Customize AI -generated content for different platforms and audiences Test content variations and formats to improve engagement and reach Analyze post-level performance and recommend optimizations Support campaign launches and thematic content series Maintain consistency in brand voice across AI -assisted outputs Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience creating social media content for brands or businesses Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and editing Prior experience working remotely is mandatory , including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered Solid understanding of platform-specific content best practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience experimenting with prompts, formats, or short-form video Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting Experience in fast-paced, content-heavy environments Tools & Technology AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar Social Platforms & Analytics: Native platform tools, Sprout, Hootsuite Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
