We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-driven software product initiatives. This is a hybrid role: primary focus on product management - vision, strategy and product thinking - combined with project management ownership to ensure flawless delivery in an outsourcing environment. You'll act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams - shaping product vision while also owning timelines, budgets and execution from concept to launch. Location: Remote (LATAM) Working Hours: Full-time, aligned with PST (Pacific Standard Time) hours Key Responsibilities: Product Management (primary focus) Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap Translate business goals into clear specifications, user stories and prioritized backlogs Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery MVP launch iteration Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps) Act as the primary product owner for clients - manage expectations, scope and stakeholder communication Monitor timelines, risks, budgets and delivery quality across multiple projects Identify opportunities for AI integration, automation and process improvement Project Management (delivery ownership) Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives) Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps Monitor risks, dependencies and delivery quality across parallel projects Act as the primary point of contact for clients - manage expectations, scope changes and stakeholder communication Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Management experience in software development Proven experience working with outsourced, dedicated or distributed development teams Strong command of Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience managing web, mobile, SaaS or enterprise software products Familiarity with AI technologies - LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, ML Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without losing depth Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion, Azure DevOps) Solid understanding of estimation, budgeting and risk management Experience with developing software manually or with AI Experience building Saas and B2B software Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with C-level Excellent spoken and written English (C1+) What we offer: Competitive salary and bonuses Flexible work hours Remote job Professional development opportunities Vibrant workplace culture Why working at Diffco?
