Skyler Labs is the company behind Skyler ONE, an AI sales-meeting-prep platform that lets a sales rep know before they go — per-meeting briefs, prospect research, branded decks, and follow-ups, delivered conversationally.

What makes us different, and it matters for this role: we already run on an AI-native agentic operating system. AI agents — Claude, ChatGPT, MyCL, coding agents — develop features, run QA, manage deployment handoffs, plan product, and execute operations every day, through a governed loop that ships semi-autonomously. This is not a "we're exploring AI" company. The system exists and runs.

This is not a job to "introduce AI." It's a job to operate, improve, govern, and scale a system that already works. If your instinct is "first we should adopt some AI tools," this isn't the right fit. If you already run agents to do real work and have the scars to prove it, keep reading.

The role

You'll own the day-to-day operation of our agentic development-and-operations loop and make it run at higher throughput and quality — without the founder being the bottleneck on every decision. You are the conductor of the agent fleet.

What you'll do

• Run our "wave" delivery loop end to end — scope, build, PR, deploy handoff, staging QA, merge — and keep our operating rules actually enforced.

• Manage handoffs between AI agent sessions, our automated deploy pipeline, and humans.

• Turn one-off agent successes into reliable, reusable workflows and SOPs.

• Run QA verdict discipline and keep our single source of truth (backlog, roadmap, decisions log) accurate.

• Own memory/context hygiene across our docs so the agents stay aligned and don't drift.

• Run the evaluation-and-improvement loop: find where the agents break, fix it, ship the improvement.

What we're looking for

• You already orchestrate LLM agents (Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents) for real, multi-step work — and you know how to recover when they go sideways.

• Strong systems/operations brain: you find the bottleneck and design the guardrail that removes it.

• Comfortable around the software delivery lifecycle — branches, PRs, CI, migrations, staging vs production. You don't need to be a senior engineer, but a PR diff and a deploy log shouldn't scare you.

• Exceptional written precision. In an agentic shop, writing is the control surface.

Bonus

• Background as a technical PM, release manager, or dev-productivity / dev-ops operator.

• Notion-as-ops-system, MCP tooling, prompt-engineering depth, light coding (TypeScript).

Location & team

Remote, but preference is for candidates to be based in New York, Sweden or Dubai for overlapping working hours. Small team, founder-led, fast.
