Velocity plus ownership beats raw brilliance here - every time. That's a high bar; it's just a different one. The kind of engineer we want AI-native. Claude, Cursor, Copilot — whatever the best tool is, you're fluent with it and you know how to get great output and verify it . AI is your force multiplier, not your crutch. Product-minded. You read a ticket and think about the user behind it. You push back when the spec is wrong and propose the better path. Owns quality through verification. You test your own work. You don't mark a ticket done until you've confirmed it does what it's supposed to. "Done" means done - not "should work." Fast with good judgment. You know when good-enough is genuinely enough and when something needs real care. What you'll work on Shipping features across products that real customers - and millions in bookings - flow through Turning fuzzy product ideas into working software, fast Owning features end to end: build, verify, ship, watch it work What we're looking for Strong working PHP - you can build real features independently Fluent with modern AI dev tooling and a real track record of shipping fast with it Product instincts and the judgment to make good tradeoffs without a PM holding your hand You own quality - it's not something QA catches for you Level-agnostic (mid to senior).
