Now Hiring: AI-Native Growth Marketer to join our core team, own our performance marketing engine, and drive enterprise lead generation — powered by AI from day one. Location: Europe, Latin America; must be able to cover up to 12 PM PST. 🧑💻 What You'll Do: Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns — set up, test, and iterate using AI-powered workflows (Claude Code or equivalent tooling) Drive enterprise lead generation as your north star metric — quality pipeline over vanity numbers Test hypotheses independently, track experiments rigorously, and bring clear metrics to every decision Do product marketing — translate Awesomic's positioning into sharp ad creative and messaging that converts Build automated marketing workflows using APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) without waiting for engineering support 🧑🚀 About You: You think of AI agents as teammates, not novelties — you have a working stack of AI tools you use every day Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns end-to-end (not just managing agencies) Comfortable forming and testing growth hypotheses independently — you bring data, not just ideas Strong understanding of B2B / enterprise buyer journeys Fluent in English and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment ✨ Nice-to-Have Skills: Background in marketplaces, or design/dev services Built your own mini-automations or tools (no-code, low-code, or otherwise) Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise targets 💎 What's on us: You'll join the coolest community of goal-driven people who love what they do and are ready to change the game with innovative decisions You'll work closely with Roman Sevast and Stacy Pavlyshyna, Founders of Awesomic, YC alumni, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees Unlimited prospects to grow as a marketing professional in the AI era Mental health support program, work laptop (MacBook), unlimited vacation days, coverage for courses and learning activities and health insurance.
