Candidate Profile: We are looking to add to our AI Engineering team. 2 to 8 years of experience (incl. hands-on post-docs & PhD); flexible for the right person. Strong foundation in Deep Learning and / or Reinforcement Learning, ideally applied to optimization problems in operations research. Comfortable building, shipping, and iterating fast on models brought to production (Data Engineering is already covered). Thrives in small teams with direct ownership and impact. Excited to grow business and responsibilities at breakneck speed. Extreme intellectual curiosity and passion for execution. Compensation : equity stake well above market, market-rate cash comp (freelance admin. status for the first year, converted to a classical employee status once the entity is set up ).
