In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of practical, cutting-edge AI solutions that support our internal operations, power innovative products, and deliver meaningful value to our clients. We are looking for a curious, hands-on, and solutions-driven AI Lead Developer whose role sits at the intersection of applied AI development, solution prototyping, client engagement, and automation design. You will play a key role in shaping Hyvid’s AI capability by designing, building, and improving AI-powered solutions across a variety of use cases. What you'll be doing: AI Strategy & Roadmap Customer Discovery & AI Advisory Agent Design & Applied AI Development Client Demonstration & Stakeholder Engagement Internal Innovation & Collaboration What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other leading AI/ML frameworks Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning Hands-on experience in deploying AI models in production environments and ensuring scalability Solid grasp of data engineering and data science principles, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring cross-functional teams Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and trends, and a desire to continuously learn and innovate
