What you'll be doing Running Claude Cowork implementations end to end for client teams across finance, ops, legal, marketing, and admin functions Scoping engagements: workflow audits, identifying high-value use cases, scoping what's realistic vs aspirational Configuring Cowork for each client: connectors, MCP servers, permissions, integrations into their existing stack (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, whatever they run) Building custom skills, prompts, and reusable templates that map to how each client actually works Hands-on training. Workshops, office hours, screen-share sessions. Teaching non-technical users how to prompt, when to trust output, when not to Change management.
