Core skills AI Development Machine Learning Python TensorFlow PyTorch Cloud Technologies Generative AI Data Engineering Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development roles Proficiency in Python and/or Java Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure Experience designing and deploying AI applications using LLMs and agent frameworks Strong knowledge of data ingestion, feature engineering, and model deployment Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement Preferred qualifications Experience with OpenShift and containerized deployments Familiarity with AI observability and monitoring tools Experience in financial services or automation of operational workflows
