■About the position

You will be responsible for the development and improvement of machine learning (ML) engines within our proprietary AI platform. This role involves everything from algorithm implementation to performance optimization, driving the automation of data science from a strong technical standpoint.

■Job Description

・Implementation and improvement of machine learning algorithms.

・Development of new features for the AI platform.

・Performance evaluation and optimization of ML engines.

・Building infrastructure for large-scale data processing.

・Product quality improvement and bug fixing.

・Technical collaboration with overseas development teams.

■Requirements

・3+ years of experience in production code development (Full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, operations).

・Practical implementation experience with Python (Agent infra, data processing).

・Experience in development using LLMs / Generative AI.

・Ability to ensure software quality (Automated testing, debugging, incident response).

・Foundational knowledge of data analysis (SQL, Statistics, Predictive analysis).

・Experience building prototypes from ambiguous requirements and evolving them into final products.

・Knowledge of Agent frameworks and LLMOps (Preferred).

・Experience designing evaluation infrastructure (LLM-as-a-Judge, quality metrics) (Preferred).

・Implementation experience with RAG and search infrastructure / Vector DBs (Preferred).

・Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software development (Preferred).
