Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in India. The AI Engineer will lead the development and deployment of advanced AI systems, focusing on areas such as natural language processing, neural networks, and pattern recognition. Daily responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, and addressing complex computational challenges with innovative approaches. The AI Engineer will also contribute to software development efforts and assist in refining the functionality and performance of AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building AI products, RAG systems. Knowledge of Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in hands-on coding but also able to team with AI coding agents to complete the tast.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex computational tasks
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, libraries, and tools
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI security, compliance, and regulation standards is a plus

Note: In 2027 the person in this role will have an option to move to Berlin Germany.
