Role Description :
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The AI-Driven Technical Product Manager, Banking and Payments, will define and own the product roadmap for AI-enabled banking and payment solutions, aligning it with WayaBank’s strategy and customer needs. The role includes gathering and prioritizing requirements, writing clear product specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable features. The person in this role will analyze product performance and user behavior data, run experiments, and use insights to improve conversion, engagement, fraud detection, and risk management. Day-to-day work also involves managing the product lifecycle, coordinating releases, communicating progress to stakeholders, and ensuring that AI models and payment flows meet regulatory, security, and reliability standards.
