We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and scale our partner network across Indonesia from the ground up. This role is for someone who knows how to find partners independently — not just work with leads handed to them. Key Responsibilities Proactively search for and recruit individual partners through organic outreach and inbound lead flows. Onboard new partners and help them start promoting the brand effectively. Guide partners in scaling their own audiences and results. Manage and nurture the partner community — keep partners engaged and motivated. Track and report on key partner metrics: performance, activity, and growth. Requirements Native or fluent Indonesian — written and spoken, mandatory. English B2 or higher. 1–3 years in affiliate or partner marketing — must have experience sourcing partners independently, not just receiving leads from management. Experience with any sales CRM system. Proven track record working with individual partners rather than agencies or large teams. Strong familiarity with Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook as acquisition channels. Significant advantage: fluency in Chinese + Indonesian + English. What We Offer 100% remote, full-time position.
