We’re looking for an Affiliate specialist to lead, optimize, and scale the Affiliate
Program at a leading sports nutrition brand focused on growth in the USA. This role will drive strategic partnerships, execute high-impact placements, and spearhead channel growth. This is a remote role with travel to head office in Canada.

Responsibilities
• Affiliate Channel Strategy & Execution: Own the affiliate program end-to-end and drive
ongoing traffic and revenue growth. Lead publisher sourcing, outreach, onboarding, tracking,
and continuous optimization.
• Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management: Manage, optimize, and expand our
existing premium publisher relationships. Recruit new content publishers that drive growth
and visibility across key search & discovery touch points.
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Forecast, monitor, analyze, and report on program KPIs,
using data to recommend and optimize commission structures, offers, sponsorships, and
campaigns. Ensure that the program meets budget and ROAS targets.
• Content Activation: Lead product seeding, product pitches, and campaign briefing to
facilitate publisher content
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure partners have best-in-class
messaging guidance, product education, creative assets, and promotional offers.
• Program Integrity & Compliance: Maintain brand & program integrity by ensuring partner
compliance, brand alignment, attribution best practices, and fraud prevention & quality
standards.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and scaling affiliate programs for high-growth DTC
and Amazon brands. Background working with health & wellness brands is strongly preferred
• Platform expertise with Impact; Levanta, Amazon Attribution, Profound, and/or Ahrefs are a
plus
• Strong understanding of search & discovery behaviour, and proven ability to identify, recruit,
and manage high-impact, premium partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into strategic
recommendations and action plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to secure alignment from
executive stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-moving e-commerce environment
• People who take initiative, spot problems early, and bring solutions before being asked.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
simultaneously.
• Thrive in a test-and-learn environment where experimentation and iteration are core to
