About the Role We are partnering with an established international Forex brokerage seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager – LATAM to acquire, manage, and optimise affiliate partnerships across key Latin American markets. This is a revenue-focused role responsible for driving partner growth, increasing net deposits, and scaling long-term affiliate relationships within the FX industry. The successful candidate will bring strong LATAM market exposure and a proven track record in Forex affiliate account management. Key Responsibilities Acquire, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates across LATAM markets (including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil) Develop and scale long-term affiliate partnerships within the Forex sector Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements aligned with company strategy Monitor performance metrics including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality Optimise campaigns and partner performance to maximise ROI and revenue growth Collaborate with internal Marketing, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams Ensure adherence to regulatory and brand standards Prepare performance forecasts and structured reporting for leadership Required Profile Minimum 3+ years of Affiliate Account Management experience within the Forex industry Strong proven experience managing LATAM affiliate portfolios (must be clearly visible in CV) Established affiliate network within LATAM markets Fluent English (C1) Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) Stable career track record (minimum 2–3 years with previous employer; no frequent job changes) Strong knowledge of affiliate KPIs, revenue models, and performance optimisation Experience using affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates or similar systems Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment What’s on Offer Strategic role within an established Forex brokerage Competitive base salary Commission structure discussed during client interview Remote flexibility within specified timezone Exposure to international LATAM growth strategy Performance-driven, professional environment Why Join This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of LATAM affiliate growth within a structured Forex environment.
