At Roofs in a Box, we connect top LATAM talent with innovative U.S.-based companies. We are currently supporting a U.S.-based performance marketing company in the search for an Affiliate Account Manager to help scale lead generation operations and manage relationships with advertisers, buyers, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with advertisers, lead buyers, and strategic partners.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

• Analyze lead quality, acceptance rates, and campaign profitability.

• Track and report on key performance metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes and revenue growth.

• Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and recommend solutions.

• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and increase revenue.

• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding campaign performance and results.

• Ensure campaigns comply with internal processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Digital Advertising.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with campaign performance metrics.

• Advanced Excel or strong spreadsheet skills.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience managing client, advertiser, or partner relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• English C1+ (Professional Level) – Required.

• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Time hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns.

• Experience with CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) campaigns.

• Lead buyer management experience.

• Affiliate network experience.

• Campaign optimization and performance analysis.

• Revenue growth and profitability initiatives.

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
