About the Role We are building a modern community and media platform that combines three core products: professional membership community, media (magazine) and podcast. This is a sales-driven role and it sits at the intersection of all three — driving revenue, shaping offers, and helping us build a scalable monetization model from the ground up. What You'll Do Drive revenue across three core streams: paid membership in community, media advertising and podcast participation . Identify, prospect, and engage advertisers, partners, podcast guests, and potential members. Sell integrated packages combining media exposure, podcast presence, and community access. Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, closing, and follow-up. Build long-term relationships across clients, partners, and community members . Contribute to how we package and monetize our products — your ideas will directly influence revenue growth. Launch and test new formats : bundles, partnerships, podcast collaborations, and membership offers. Work cross-functionally with editorial and marketing teams to deliver campaigns and content integrations. Maintain pipeline visibility and performance tracking in CRM. Who We're Looking For 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Experience in media industry. Experience in awards, interior design, architecture and luxury industries will be a plus. Expertise in Membership Management with the ability to retain and grow a global membership base will be also a plus. Comfortable selling multi-product or bundled solutions. Interested in media, podcasts, and community-driven products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Advanced level of written and spoken English. Strong self-management, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple tasks.
