This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with a technical background to support accredited certification activities across Italy and Southern Europe .Working closely with the Compliance Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring certification processes are administered accurately and efficiently, supporting contract reviews, audit report processing, certification decisions, compliance documentation, and accreditation-related activities . Fluency in Italian language, both written and spoken is required , as most of our clients are in Italy. Fluency in English, both written and spoken would also be an advantag e. Key Responsibilit iesProcess and administer contract reviews, audit reports, and certification records in line with accreditation requirements and internal procedur es.Maintain compliance documentation, operational records, registers, and certification databas es.Provide administrative and technical support to auditors and internal stakeholde rs.Monitor workflow deadlines and assist with the preparation of management reports and accreditation submissio ns.Support the implementation of process improvements and changes to certification schemes and servic es.Assist in maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory requiremen ts. About YouFluent in Ita lian (written and spok en).Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to det ail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independen tly.Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM/business syst ems.Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related technical discipline prefer red.Knowledge of ISO management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 would be advantage ous.English language skills would also be benefic ial.
