ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Administrative Support Specialist. This role focuses on providing administrative assistance, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, supporting business operations, and helping teams operate efficiently.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, communication abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide administrative support to internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Respond to inquiries and administrative requests
- Support project coordination and operational activities
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems
- Track deadlines and administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Ensure accuracy of records and business documents
- Support process improvement initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
