Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Summary: The Administrative Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a high volume of data into various computer systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The Administrative Data Entry Clerk will work remotely and report to the Data Entry Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data into various computer systems and databases Verify data for accuracy and completeness Maintain confidentiality of all data entered Review and verify data entered for accuracy and completeness Meet established quotas for data entry Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of data entry experience Strong typing skills (50+ wpm) Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work remotely and independently Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with data entry in a remote setting Experience with database management We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
