Join us and contribute to building a more inclusive future. The Role GrizzlyTrek is seeking one Administrative Coordinator to join our internal team at our downtown Calgary office. This position is designated for Indigenous applicants in alignment with our commitment to advancing Indigenous employment and reconciliation. It is a permanent, full-time role offering structured mentorship, guided training, and real hands-on experience across two growing focus areas: Canadian grant writing and internal office administration. You will work directly alongside our Office Administrator and leadership team, learning how to research, prepare, and submit federal, provincial, and Indigenous-focused funding applications, while also supporting payroll, software implementation, recordkeeping, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a long-term career in administration, funding and grants, and operations within an Indigenous-focused staffing company.
