What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams in a shared services capacity
• Assist with invoicing and payment processing, including submitting invoices to Accounts Payable
• Manage calendar and scheduling support for leadership, coordinating meetings and logistics
• Support travel coordination and conference registrations, including bookings and documentation
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to assigned administrative tasks
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in an administrative support role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and legally privileged information with discretion

• Experience supporting a department within a university setting
• Experience in a legal setting is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member
• Working knowledge of office administration practices, systems, and policies
