Job Description • Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries for a weekly residential trash pickup service • Process billing and payments using two billing software platforms (one web-based, one Windows-installed) • Follow up with the internal team via email on action items • Log and manage customer communications • Support the owners and account managers with general administrative tasks Must Haves • Residency in the Philippines.
