OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a key support capacity. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative tasks to support the team's operations.Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.Prepare and organise documents and reports as needed.Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is welcoming and functional.Support the finance department with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.RequirementsProven experience in an administrative role or similar position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is an advantage.Nice to haveExperience in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with office management procedures.Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
