Job Description This is a remote position. CRM management Data entry: Enter and update customer and sales information accurately within the company's CRM. Lead tracking: Manage and track leads as they move through the sales pipeline. Customer communication: Assist with timely follow-ups to foster leads and maintain customer engagement. Reporting: Help generate basic reports on sales activities and performance metrics. Social media support Content scheduling: Schedule pre-approved posts and updates on social media platforms. Audience engagement: Monitor social media messages, comments, and mentions, and provide on-brand responses. Reputation management: Assist with responding to online reviews and general customer feedback on social media. Content creation: Create and edit simple, on-brand graphics or posts, potentially using tools like Canva. Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills: The ability to prioritize effectively and manage a workload independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills: Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication, as the role involves client interaction via email and social media. Customer service orientation: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to engage with customers professionally. Attention to detail: The ability to input data accurately and proofread social media posts to ensure a professional and consistent brand voice. Self-motivated and adaptable: The virtual nature of the role requires discipline and self-motivation, as well as the ability to adapt to new tasks and procedures. Technical proficiency: Must be comfortable using digital tools and have experience with: CRM software: For managing customer records, tracking leads, and automating follow-ups. Social media platforms: Including Facebook, Instagram, etc., for scheduling and content management. Google Workspace or Microsoft Office: For basic document creation, spreadsheets, and calendar management.
