We are hiring an experienced Admin Assistant to handle full-cycle sourcing, screening, cold calling, and relationship management with sales candidates in logistics & freight forwarding & SaaS Logistics. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and other platforms Conduct 10–15 phone/Zoom interviews per day Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify them Build strong candidate relationships and maintain records Review resumes, manage scheduling, and handle email communication Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in admin / recruiting / sourcing ✔ Fluent English & strong communication skills ✔ Comfortable on video for Zoom interviews ✔ Must have a strong, professional LinkedIn profile ✔ Able to cold call candidates confidently ✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable ✔ Full-time availability (occasional weekends) Contract Position – Remote – Test required before interview Compensation: $1000/month (additional $200 monthly bonus if you hit the targets) If this fits your profile, send your resume and include your LinkedIn link.
