About the Role We are looking for a smart, efficient, and proactive post-sales professional to join our team and manage campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple tools and stakeholders. This person will be responsible for translating briefs into campaign setups, monitoring live campaigns, launching optimizations, and ensuring high-quality reporting to agencies and clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, speed, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement while balancing performance, feasibility, and client needs. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, testing new approaches, and contributing ideas that help improve campaign outcomes. Key Responsibilities Build and launch campaigns in the platform based on client and agency briefs. Monitor live campaigns and implement optimizations to improve performance. Review figures, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Prepare clear and accurate reports and updates for agencies and clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery is aligned with expectations. Manage multiple tools and systems efficiently to support campaign execution. Suggest new optimization ideas and test them in a structured, manageable way. Ensure strong operational follow-up and timely execution across all campaigns. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and responsiveness. Contribute to improving internal processes and campaign workflows. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Experience in campaign operations, ad operations, performance marketing, or post-sales delivery. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate numbers, dashboards, and campaign performance. Strong data analysis skills and demonstrated previous experience. Native-AI user for accelerating work Comfortable working with different tools and systems. Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills for interacting with agencies, clients, and internal teams. Detail-oriented, structured, and efficient in execution. Proactive mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and optimize. Ability to balance innovation with practicality and manage risk responsibly. Curiosity, ownership, and a strong sense of accountability. Experience in digital advertising, adtech, or media operations is a strong plus.
