Ad Engineer (Meta/Facebook Lead Generation Specialist) Remote | Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a skilled Ad Engineer with expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation advertising . In this role, you will own the full-funnel process of designing, launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns while ensuring seamless lead delivery and nurturing through CRM and automation systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Create, test, and improve ad creatives, including images, videos, carousels, copy, and offers. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPM, CTR, lead quality, and ROAS. Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities and scale successful strategies. Set up lead routing and CRM integrations using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs. Build and optimize automated lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and follow-up workflows. Develop client-specific advertising and automation strategies. Provide performance reporting and actionable recommendations. Stay current with Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices. Required Qualifications 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook lead generation campaigns. Proven success achieving aggressive CPL targets while maintaining lead quality. Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, event tracking, and optimization rules. Experience creating and testing lead generation ad creatives. Proficiency with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make, native Meta integrations, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Agency or multi-client experience. Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. Experience with landing page builders such as Unbounce or Leadpages. Experience with API integrations or basic scripting (Python or JavaScript). Meta Blueprint Certifications. What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering leads at or below target CPL while maintaining lead quality. Continuously improving campaign performance through testing and optimization. Building scalable automation systems that reduce manual work. Becoming a trusted advisor on Meta lead generation strategy.
