Are you a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, managing transactions, and ensuring smooth financial operations? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist (Freelancer) to support our growing business operations.

If you have experience handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor/customer coordination, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and billing records
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors
• Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports related to cash flow, invoices, and payment status
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related operations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong knowledge of invoicing and reconciliation processes
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, Xero, or similar tools
• Prior freelance or remote finance support experience
• Familiarity with international payments and vendor management
• Basic reporting and financial analysis skills

NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to ₹1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to ₹90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
