✅ What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes:

• Process payments efficiently and perform account reconciliations and analysis
• Manage banking processes related to payments
• Handle incoming queries in German via phone and email
• Conduct open items analysis and resolve discrepancies
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both technical skills and a collaborative mindset:

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / PTP
• English (minimum B2) – for daily communication
• German (minimum C1) – essential for client interaction
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Confidence and willingness to contact customers via phone
